Since this is such a substantial step, you must plan what you will say to the worker. Then build your case for dismissing the executive using only allowable reasons. Bad employees are more probably to have lies on their resumes than other employees due to their work ethic. Normally, the difficult employee will ignore these sections of the warning and not respond.

This is your chance to summarize the proof and make your case as persuasively as possible. The boss's poor answer makes the worker believe the "all-knowing" employer is planning to screw him out of his rightful government handout.
